Surprisingly difficult read for me considering my proclivity towards horror, but also comforting in a way that is difficult to describe. I don't know if I would recommend it exactly; it's not something I would openly suggest to anyone. It's repulsive, disgusting and deeply uncomfortable, and I do not regret reading it. Interesting commentary succeeding the overturning of Roe v Wade.
